Aktiviere Vorderfu\u00df und Ferse in den Boden, strecke die Zehen lang.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Beuge leicht die Knie und kippe sanft dein Becken, w\u00e4hrend du dich mit geradem langem R\u00fccken und h\u00e4ngenden Armen absenkst. Lasse Arme und Kopf locker baumeln, den Po gegen die Wand sinken. L\u00f6se dein Kinn etwas mehr zum Brustbein.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Schlie\u00dfe die Augen und genie\u00dfe, wie die Atmung sich vertieft. Atme tief und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig in den Bereich des oberen R\u00fcckens und Nackens ein. Lasse die Atmung ganz langsam und mit einem sanften Zischen (Lippenbremse) aus dem Mund ausstr\u00f6men.
